Out of the hills of Vermont, the project is led by bandleader Norbert " Nobby" Reed, clearly a guitar virtuoso par excellent,Reed has a strong set of pipes as well. I am alwasys pleased to run across rare and polished talent like this. I hear bloomfield Greene, Santana,and Beck influences. Purely original material here that will knock your socks off. Clean and voluminous music on this disc. It's laced with powerful ax phrasings and well developed harmonies. Smart arrangements,excellent vocals,and innovated melodies. Cheers to the Nobby Reed Project...power blues for today and tomorrow!
